Workbench stopped working after a Win10 update

  Hi. In my case the workbench stopped working after a win10 update. It simply doesnt open anymore (no error messages). I tried the suggestions mentioned in the upper link (https://forum.ansys.com/forums/topic/student-v-19-2-quits-right-after-loadiing/) but none of them worked.
  
  What should I do? Thank you very much. Bruna
