中的亚波长结构能带、有效折射率等计算,直接运行例子中的SWG_bandstructure.fsp和SWG_analyze_bandstructure.lsf文件可以得到有效的结果,如图
但是,当我改变仿真区大小y span从2um到6um,z span从2.22um到6um(此过程中已改变衬底使其足够大),其他参数不变,仿真后得到的结果与上图并不完全一致,学习了时域信号对频域结果的影响后,我多次修改调试了FDTD simulation time、PML的profile和layers、apodization width和apodization center(::model::apod_center和::model::apod_center)均未得到相同的结果。结果如图所示:
当我仿真其他波长和结构参数的结构时得到了更为奇怪的结果
因此,我想问一下老师FDTD simulation time、PML的profile和layers、apodization width和apodization center等参数对此类仿真结果如何影响,如何调节上述参数可能会得到想要的结果。

Ansys Employee目前看只有视频没有例子。基本方法就是,能带结构的横坐标就对应K(作图是用的点数,因为不是按K从零到K最大而是扫描点数),知道某个频率对应某个K,有效折射率就是K0/K,前者是真空中的波数。

Ansys Employee已经拟合得到Neff作为波长或者频率的函数,可以根据实际定义计算。
当然前提是拟合正确,没有一些不符合物理的曲线。
