  Hi there,
  
  Firstly, i must say that " sorry for my language". This day, i want to try Ansys with Trial. Therefore i register forum/subscribe forms and activated them with mail.
  
  I've getting error when trying to download trial version.
  Error;

  I see that your trial has already been activated as of 26th November 2019 for your email id and is ready to be used. It is valid until 26th of December 2019.
