Subscriber在Siwave中进行近场远场仿真,或是计算电源噪声时,会用到频率相关的电流源或者电压源,即Frequency dependent source。
如下图所示,在Home菜单栏中的circuit elements窗口,可以找到添加电流源,电压源的图标,在版图相应的位置添加source之后,弹出编辑窗口。勾选Frequency Dependent,然后选择已经编辑好的source文件,.txt格式即可。
Txt文件格式如下图所示,从左到右依次为频率、实部、虚部。
在求解设置的对话窗口中,勾选Use sources defined in project。同时需要特别注意,扫频设置的频率点必须要跟Txt文档中的频率点一一对应。
