怎样建立有结构的光学薄膜模型

  求教一个光学薄膜光场仿真建模问题。如图，基片上有个坑，镀的膜层怎样在有坑的地方根据基片形貌沉积下去？

  通常情况下这些形状可能没有解析表达，因此比较困难。建议将上图去掉箭头后作为图片输入：

    谢谢您的回复。您的意思是这个不能在FDTD solutions里直接建模，需要用其它的软件建好模，保存为图片，再导入FDTD solutions？

  因为你无法用数学公式描述它们只能按图片输入。如果有数据也可以 Surface import - Simulation object
  你如果能用数学描述，可以用Surface或者Custom，
  Surface structure object - Simulation Object
  Custom structure object - Simulation Object
  Complex structures - Conformal coating
