I cannot open any of lumerical files/page. It is showing the error -Error 1001 : DNS resolution error

Apologies to everyone. The Lumerical support portal, KB and Apps sites are currently down. You'll see an error like the one shown below when trying to access any of those sites.
We expect access to be restored sometime on Monday.

Yes the system should be back up now. If you still see that same error, try to hold down Ctrl and then press F5 for a refresh. Alternatively, try to use another web browser.
Ansys customers with active commercial software licenses can access the customer portal and submit support questions. You will need your active account number to register.
